Black egg

Do you like to eat century egg (皮蛋)? I like to eat them with pickled ginger or pickled onions or in congee. I know there are reports saying they are not good for health so I am eating them once in a blue moon.

Preserved egg and pickled ginger - MYR4.00 - special teatime price at Ying Ker Lou.

  3. I love these, but minus the ginger.. I always buy these and salted egg to cook porridge.. The more pungent, the more nice, I love it when there's a strong smell of ammonia when I eat it, kakakakaka..
