梅州萝卜丸

 Mei Zhou Carrots Balls with Minced Pork & Dried Prawns (梅州萝卜丸) - MYR5 (tea time price) at Ying Ker Lou.

I can taste the dried shrimp (har bee) and shredded white radish but not the minced pork and I find it a bit dry.

  1. I think you can make your own balls.. Minced meat, chopped carrots, diced prawns, blend all together and either steam or oven-bake it.. No oil splatters, hassle free, haha.. Looks very good, I can eat 2 plates (6 pieces)!

    1. No because I am afraid they may make it oily next time to prevent it from being dry.
