Vinegar Broth

Lunch on a weekday - Lor Pan Noodle - MYR6.80 nett. The broth is sourish with vinegar and we added more vinegar to it to make it even more delicious!

  1. In SG, the lor mee is darker in colour and it comes with broad noodles, thick sticky gravy, crispy battered fish slices, braised pork and braised egg. Some may even have ngoh hiang in them.

  7. I love lor mee with vinegar. Sometimes I order prawn noodles and add in the lor mee broth. Taste nice. Have a great day!

    1. I guess you are talking about the vinegar. I don't eat sharksfin soup now.

    2. Well I never order it for myself, but if it's served I'd happily eat it.

    3. Nowadays Wedding Dinners also seldom serve sharksfin soup now so I don't find myself having to decide to eat it or not.
